FINANCIAL AID INFORMATION

APPLING CHRISTIAN ACADEMY does offer limited financial assistance to families who have special needs. When you sign on as a new user, you will be asked to create a username and password so that you can log in and out of the program as needed. You do not have to complete the program in one sitting. It should take you approximately 45 minutes to complete the application once you have gathered your information.

IRS Forms Needed:

W-2 Wage and Tax statement, most recent Federal 1040 or 1040A, copies of all supporting tax schedules (such as, business, farm, rental property, LLC, S corporation, partnership, trusts)

Household Forms Needed:

Year-end statements from your mortgage holder, bank statements, brokerage statements, insurance costs for home, life, auto, and health, utility information, medical records and expenses, retirement account information
