Thanksgiving Lunch Form

Dear Parents:

We are planning our annual Thanksgiving lunch at school for Friday, November 21 for K5 through grade 12 students and guests. In order to plan economically, we need an accurate count of guests who plan to join us for the Thanksgiving lunch on that day. We welcome parents, grandparents, and family members to eat with us on November 21; however, we need to ask that you make reservations on or before November 17. Our lunch times may vary on this special day. To give you an idea of the time factor, K5-5^th grade lunch schedule is typically from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and the middle/high school lunch period is typically from 12:45 p.m. – 1:25 p.m. We will announce more exact times for each grade later.

MENU: Turkey breast, sliced ham, or cornish hen (1/2) {choice of one meat}, corn bread dressing/giblet gravy, green beans, cabbage, mashed potatoes, yeast rolls, cranberry sauce, red velvet cake, banana pudding, sweet potato pie, or chocolate chip cookies, and tea, water or lemonade

A sack lunch( ham/cheese) including chips and cookies will be the student lunch alternative.

If you plan to eat with us, please fill out the form below and return the form with your money. Checks can be payable to the school. Please place cash in an envelope and write your child’s name on the outside of the sealed envelope. An email has been sent stating this same information. If you plan to join us for lunch, please replay by email or by returning this form.
